Tullamore RFC lock Nicola Fryday from Kilcormack, a former student of Oxmantown National School Birr, made her Ireland women’s rugby debut against Canada at the UCD Bowl last Saturday afternoon. The 21-year old UCD student was selected alongside Kate Norris in the second-row.
