Birr RFC would like to invite all past and current members to the clubhouse on Saturday 16th April at 9pm for a gathering to celebrate the life of our friend Millo O’Meara.
It was with great sadness that many in the club learned of Millo’s passing in Feb 2021 and due to the ongoing pandemic, we could not give him the farewell many in the club wanted.
Millo was a lifelong member of the club. He played from Mini's to Senior level and went on to coach many teams including the senior mens team as well as being one of the original coaches to start girls rugby in the club.
